What every plan includes
Most companies stitch together email, spreadsheets, booking sites, approval chains, and expense reports. Details fall through the cracks, policy gets ignored, and finance is left cleaning up. Vectrip collapses the entire workflow into one platform.
Before Vectrip
With Vectrip
One workspace for requests, approvals, policy, bookings, traveler comms, billing, and reporting.
Every module is designed for the people who actually run corporate travel — operations, executive assistants, chiefs of staff, finance, and COOs.
Employees request trips in minutes using plain language. Vectrip extracts structure automatically.
Automatically route requests to the correct approvers with full audit history.
Enforce policy before money is spent. Flag out-of-policy hotels, cabin upgrades, and budget violations.
Record booking confirmations in one place. Book through your preferred channel, then track every detail inside the workflow.
Real-time itineraries, flight alerts, messaging, documents, and mobile access — native on iOS. Coming soon to the App Store.
Keep company travel spending organized across departments, projects, and travelers.
Track travel spend, savings, policy compliance, traveler activity, and department costs.
Automatically organize receipts and trip costs so finance teams close the books faster.
Frequent-flyer numbers, hotel rewards, TSA PreCheck and Global Entry attached to every booking.
The traditional corporate travel stack was never designed as a system. Vectrip is.

No. Vectrip is a workflow platform, not a GDS. Your team books through the channels you already use — your agency, a corporate rate, or a supplier site — then records the confirmation in Vectrip. Vectrip owns the request, the approval, the policy check, and the trip record, so the trip stays complete no matter where it was booked.
Multi-segment international itineraries are stored as structured segments, so a five-leg trip reads as one trip, not five records. Vectrip flags passport expiry against the travel dates before departure. Change requests, cancellations, and refunds are tracked against the original booking with a full audit history. Vectrip does not rebook you during a disruption — it keeps the trip record, the traveler, and your approvers in sync while you handle it.
Trip spend is tracked per trip, traveler, department, and cost center, and can be exported for your accounting system. There is no native ERP or GL connector today. If you need a specific integration, tell us on the contact-sales form and we will say plainly whether it exists or is on the roadmap.
Passport details and other sensitive traveler fields are stored separately from ordinary preferences, encrypted, and access-controlled by role and organization. Vectrip uses row-level isolation per company, MFA, session tracking, and audit logging. Full detail is on the Security page in the footer. Vectrip does not hold SOC 2 certification today; we will publish it here when it is earned.
Most teams are running their first real request the same day. Setup is: create the workspace, add travelers (or import a spreadsheet), enter your policy limits, and name your approvers. There is no implementation project and no migration of past trips required — historical trips can stay where they are.
The trial is full access, no credit card, capped at 2 travelers and 5 trip requests. When it ends nothing is deleted — the workspace goes read-only until you pick a plan. Plans are monthly and you can cancel anytime.
Vectrip supports the operating rhythm of the industries where travel isn't optional.
Client-site travel every week — spend, policy, and billing must roll up cleanly per engagement.
Busy-season travel is bursty and compliance-heavy. Approvals and receipts have to be airtight.
Shoots, pitches, and events across cities. Coordinating travelers and vendors eats hours.
Conferences, site visits, and executive travel with strict policy and audit expectations.
Partner and associate travel tied to matters — billing accuracy and traveler care are non-negotiable.
Cross-department travel across the company with executive visibility and central billing.
A directional estimate of the admin time, policy compliance, and reporting effort your team could reclaim by moving to Vectrip. Results are estimates — not guaranteed savings.
The four operational shifts teams see once requests, approvals, policy, and booking records stop living in email and spreadsheets.

Vectrip is new. Rather than publish testimonials we don't have yet, we're working directly with a small group of executive assistants, operations leads, and finance teams who run company travel today. Design partners get direct access to the people building it, and their requests shape what ships next.
Built by a team that ran corporate travel operations before building software for it.
Every plan starts with a 7-day full-access trial — up to 2 travelers and 5 trip requests. No credit card required.
