Common questions
I can't sign in to the app
Make sure you're using the email your workspace admin invited. If your invite has expired, ask your admin to resend it. You can also sign in via the secure magic link sent to your email.
What is a magic link?
A magic link is a one-time secure URL we email you to open a trip itinerary or approval without needing a password. Links expire automatically.
How do I approve a proposal?
Open the trip from the app or magic link, review the flight and hotel options, then tap Approve, Request Changes, or Reject. Approvers must add a comment when rejecting or requesting changes.
How do I submit a trip change request?
Open the itinerary in the app and tap 'Request a change'. Describe what you need (new flight time, hotel switch, etc.) and our operations team will follow up.
I'm not receiving push notifications
Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Vectrip and confirm notifications are enabled. You can also adjust per-channel preferences in your Vectrip profile.
Where is my itinerary?
All confirmed trips appear under 'My Trips' in the app. Tap a trip for flight, hotel, ground transport, and emergency contact details.
