Cookie Policy
Version 2026-06-16
Vectrip uses cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and (with your consent) understand how the product is used in aggregate. This Cookie Policy explains what we set, why, and how to control it.
1. Categories
Strictly necessary (always on)
- Authentication — secure session tokens managed by our auth provider keep you signed in. Without these, the application cannot function.
- CSRF / security — short-lived tokens used to prevent cross-site request forgery on sensitive actions.
- Routing & UI state — local storage entries for sidebar collapse, theme, and last-visited workspace.
Analytics (consent required)
- First-party product-usage analytics so we can understand which features are used and improve them. We do not sell or share this data with advertisers.
Not used
- We do not set third-party advertising cookies.
- We do not participate in cross-site tracking or audience-building networks.
2. Managing your choice
On your first visit you can choose "Essential only" or "Accept all" from the banner at the bottom of the page. You can change your choice at any time by clearing cookies and local storage from your browser settings — the banner will reappear.
3. Browser controls
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to Vectrip. Mobile users can manage cookies through Safari, Chrome, or system settings.
4. iOS Companion App
The Vectrip iOS Companion App does not use browser cookies. It stores an authentication token in the iOS Keychain and minimal preferences in app storage. Removing the app deletes all locally cached data.
5. Changes
If we change what we set, we'll update this page and re-prompt for consent where required.
